On Sunday March 3rd, 2013 we will be having a Wellness Birthday Benefit for the lovely Abby Jacknowitz to help fund-raise as well as celebrate her 30th birthday. This benefit will have a light yoga flow class that will be geared mainly towards beginners and those who have never tried yoga before. It is geared well as those advanced who can help to create positive energy, healing, and love for Abby.
Abby has been a strong and positive influence on the local community demonstrating nothing but love and compassion for every person and thing around her. Battling cancer has not been easy, but with the love and support of her community she will pull through this stronger and braver than ever.
Please join us for a day filled with yoga, spa activities, boutique booths, art, make-up, massage, blow-outs, healthy treats, drinks, juices, smoothies, birthday songs, and many more special surprises.
The event will take place at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach NY at 10:30 am- 2:30 pm. Please be aware that the yoga class will be held from 11am-12pm.
